If you are worried that the carrier won't find anybody, we recommend that you request delivery to your office or place of work, or to a neighbour or relative of yours when ordering! Shipping takes place within 3 working days of receipt of payment and, to ensure delivery within 7 working days, NoFlyStore relies exclusively on carriers with proven experience that can ensure an effective and reliable service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to be able to track your order step by step and if all this is not enough, you can always contact our operators via chat who will be happy to answer your questions in real time.
Products purchased from NoFlyStore, will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE (with no freight cost) from one of our warehouses located in ITALY. Once they reach your country, they will be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be EXCLUSIVELY BORNE BY YOU. In addition, if not already paid to NoFlyStore, you may be required to pay VAT, according to the regulations in force in your country. Therefore, a few weeks after receiving the products purchased from NoFlyStore, you will receive an invoice from the courier, asking you to pay the customs clearance costs and, if necessary, the VAT. Unfortunately, customs policies vary considerably from country to country, and for this reason we are not able to include these customes clearance costs in the total amount of your Order.
